IMC 2026 Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. General Information
- Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Word Limit: Maximum of 500 words (excluding biography and references).
- File Format: Submit the abstract in text format via the Online Abstract Submission Portal.
- Deadline: All submissions must be received no later than 1st January 2026.
2. Abstract Structure
Abstracts must be organized under the following headings:
- Title of Abstract
- Author(s) Details:
- Full name(s), institutional affiliation, city and country
- Email, phone number, and mailing address
- Underline the presenting author
- Include a brief biography (maximum 3 lines) of the presenting author (not counted in word limit)
- Abstract Body (Structured Format Required):
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion (Optional)
- Conclusion
- Additional Information:
- Ethical approval (if applicable)
- Funding acknowledgment (if applicable)
- Graphs, tables, charts, or images may be uploaded as separate files
3. Themes and Tracks
Submissions are welcomed in (but not limited to) the following thematic areas:
- Medical Specialties: Internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, oncology, endocrinology, psychiatry, surgery, pediatrics, etc.
- AI & Digital Health: Telemedicine, diagnostics, robotic surgery, wearable health devices, big data
- Regenerative Medicine & Longevity: Gene therapy, stem cells, anti-aging technologies
- Medical Education & Leadership: Simulation, continuing education, physician wellness, leadership, ethics
- Public & Global Health: Health systems, organ donation, pandemic preparedness, health equity, environmental health
- Research & Innovations: Drug development, translational research, clinical trials
4. Review and Selection Process
All abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process based on:
- Originality & Innovation
- Scientific Rigor and Methodology
- Relevance to the Conference Theme
- Clarity of Presentation
- Clinical or Scientific Impact
Accepted abstracts will be selected for either Oral or E-Poster presentation.
5. Terms and Conditions
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding abstract acceptance and session scheduling.
- Abstracts that do not follow the structured format may be rejected.
- Each presenter may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
- The abstract must indicate prior publication, presentation, or awards, if any.
- All presenting authors must register for the conference within one week of acceptance.
- Presenters are expected to attend and present their work in person.
- A certificate of appreciation will be awarded to each presenter.
- Sessions must not be used for marketing or product promotion.
- Poster presenters (Main Author only) will have their conference registration fee waived.
- The organizing committee does not cover travel, accommodation, or visa costs.
